How to Maintain Printer properly
Printer is one of the important equipment for making your document. Without the presence of printer, you can not make your document file. Since it is very beneficial, it will be better for you to make a proper maintenance toward this equipment.

Transfer Roller

The drum transfers the toner to the paper then subjects it to the mechanical wear and also the degradation. It is also able to accumulate the paper dust which can be contaminated by the touch of the finger oils.
The assembly of the fuser
The assembly of the fuser uses the heat and pressure for melting the toner to the fibers of the media such as paper. By using the heat and pressure, the assembly of the fuser subjects to the mechanical wear. Meanwhile, the heating element is able to subject the failure of the electrical. The plastic gears in it are able to degrade more time and endless exposure to the high temperature which can lead to failure.
Furthermore, the installation of the maintenance kit entails the parts replacement as what has been stated above and also any needed toner cleanup and paper dust. In addition, it entails the inspection of some other often wear items.
